What are the Daily Spending Limits?
$1,000 at ATMs and $2,000 for debit purchases.
Should I push Debit or Credit when shopping? 
Even when using your debit card, we recommend selecting "Credit" when given an option at checkout. It's a more secure option since you won't have to type in your PIN. 

How can I pay bills with my Debit Card?

Go to the utility company or vendor's website and type in your debit card number, expiration date and potentially your billing address into their secure payment system to make a one-time payment or set up a recurring payment. Alternatively, you can provide your card information over the phone to a customer service representative who you contacted initially. 

It's important to note: 

  • We will never call and ask for your full card number.
  • Do not put your full card number and expiration date in an email — only use secure payment systems.
  • Be careful which sites you're using to make purchases. Always go to a website directly (instead of clicking a link in an email) and confirm that it is the real company. If you're not sure if a site is secure, take advantage of options like Apple Pay®, Google Pay® or PayPal® for a more secure checkout experience.
