Town & Country Credit Union ("TCCU," "we") offers text messaging to provide you with important account information, transaction alerts, notifications and other credit union updates. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to our text messaging program, you consent to receive text messages from East Texas Professional Credit Union. Consent is not a condition of membership or any product or service we offer. Message frequency varies depending on your preferences and account activity. Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. 

How to Op-Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages from TCCU at any time at no cost to you. To opt out:

After you opt ou, you will receive on final confirmation message verifying that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive text messages from our SMS / texting program. If you wish to opt back in, you may do so following the original enrollment process.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your mobile information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including network coverage, device compatibility, and carrier policies.
