The Town & Country Credit Union Board of Directors consists of seven volunteers elected by the credit union's members. Three directors must reside within 75 miles of Minot, two at-large reside anywhere within the credit union's field of membership, one within 50 miles of Kenmare, and one within 50 miles of Fargo. Board members are charged with setting the policies and the overall goals of the credit union.
The Board of Directors hosts Town & Country Credit Union's Annual Meeting each March; members are invited to learn more about the credit union while hearing reports from the Board Chair and the Credit Union President/CEO.
