For 30 years, our Minot Main branch at 615 South Broadway has served as a landmark, but it's now reached the end of its effective life. After decades of use, it faces significant and expensive challenges, including HVAC and foundation issues, water problems, space limitations, and inefficient layouts. Demolishing the current building and rebuilding on the same lot allows us to invest in a building right-sized for the lot, offering a better drive-up access, improved parking and room to grow. Click here to learn more about this decision in our building plans announcement.

We're excited and ready to begin this multi-year project. We'll start with demolition, followed by the construction of a new building. Here's what you need to know about Minot branch access.

  1. The Minot Main branch lobby is now closed. The drive-up will remain open through Saturday, August 15. Our hours are Monday - Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Keep in mind that the ATM has been prepped for storage and is no longer working. Find alternate ATM locations here. Instant issue debit cards and coin counting are only available at Dakota Square during this time.

  2. We will be opening a Temporary Branch in our parking lot behind Minot Main that will be open throughout the construction project. The temporary branch will have a one-lane drive-up and teller line. The opening date is to be announced. Stay tuned!

  3. All other staff regularly found at Minot Main, including the Town & Country Insurance Agency, are moving to a new location at 3100 10th St SW in Minot.

  4. The 31st Ave branch will open on Monday, August 10, with a teller line and self-serve coin counting machine, but no drive-up or ATM. Prior to the building's official open date, credit union and insurance agency staff will be available by appointment.

Want to avoid construction? Visit the drive-ups at our South Minot and full-service Dakota Square locations, or come inside at Trinity Health and our new 31st Ave SW location.

We know these are impactful changes, and our goal is to minimize any service interruptions. We appreciate your patience and continued membership in Town & Country Credit Union as we build for our future.
