Skyler has been a dedicated member of the Town & Country team for nearly four years, bringing a strong commitment to helping members navigate the lending process with confidence. Starting in the Contact Center, Skyler built a foundation in member service by assisting callers day-to-day. Skyler advanced into a loan officer role, bringing that same member-first mindset to every interaction.
For Skyler, the most rewarding part of his role is simplifying what can often feel like a stressful process. By making loans easier to understand and more accessible, Skyler helps reduce anxiety and ensures members feel supported every step of the way. Finding ways to save members money is an added bonus and one of the many reasons the work is so fulfilling.
Skyler’s dedication hasn’t gone unnoticed. In 2024, Skyler was nominated for Rookie of the Year, and in 2025, earned the Heart of the Credit Union award. Recognition that reflects both strong performance and a genuine commitment to people.
Outside of work, Skyler enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active at the gym, playing basketball, and hanging out with a dog named Loki.
