TCCU Online Business Update – Member FAQ

TCCU Online Business will be receiving a User Interface update to help modernize the appearance and future functional capabilities of both the web browser and mobile versions. If you have a personal membership with us and use TCCU Online you will recognize the similarities between the two versions.

What new features does this update include?

This update will come with a new Personal Account Link feature that allows business users/administrators to link their personal TCCU Online profile directly to their business profile. Users that link their profiles will be able to quickly switch between the business and retail versions

How do I link my Personal Account?

Log into your TCCU Online Business profile and select Link Personal Profile. From there you will need to enter your login information for the Personal TCCU Online Profile and complete multifactor authentication. This process will need to be completed on both the mobile app and web browser separately. Once the link is completed the Link Personal Profile will change to Switch to Personal Profile, alternatively your Personal TCCU Online Profile will now have a Switch to Business Profile button. Once the accounts have been linked, you will no longer need to complete MFA to switch between the two.

Can I unlink my Personal Account?

Reliable and Positive.

I chose Town & Country because they are reliable. Town & Country has helped me get a loan for my car and, secondly, to get a loan for my church instruments... It’s always positive anytime I come, so I’m very happy to be with Town & Country.
