The old Minot Main building at 615 South Broadway has officially been torn down, and a new Minot Main will soon be taking shape.  

For 30 years, 615 South Broadway has been home to Town & Country Credit Union's Minot Main branch. Over the past few months, we've loved hearing your stories of generations of members that have walked through its doors, met with lenders, deposited checks, financed vehicles, purchased homes, grown businesses and trusted our team to help them along the way.

The building is now gone, but the location and our commitment to serving Minot remain. The demolition of the old Minot Main building marks an exciting milestone in our plans to build a new branch at 615 South Broadway. The new building will provide a modern, welcoming space designed around the needs of our members and community for years to come. 

A New Minot Main

The new building will feature improved drive-up access, better parking and a layout designed to provide a more convenient member experience. It will also give us room to grow and continue investing in the Minot community. 

While the building will be new, what happens inside will remain the same: people helping people, local decision-making and relationships that go beyond transactions. 

Construction will soon start, with the new Minot Main branch at 615 South Broadway expected to open in winter 2027.

We know a construction project of this size brings change and requires some patience. We appreciate our members' patience, and for continuing to choose Town & Country through this transition.

During construction, our temporary branch behind the former Minot Main location remains available for teller and drive-up services. Members can also visit our other Minot locations, including our new 31st Avenue SW location, Dakota Square, South Minot and Trinity Health.
