Town & Country Credit Union has been honored in the 2025 Champion of Affordable Housing Awards, recognizing its continued commitment to expanding homeownership opportunities across North Dakota. These awards highlight the outstanding efforts of lending institutions and professionals who partner with the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency to deliver impactful homeownership programs throughout the state.

Lisa Thuner was recognized with the 2025 Champion of Affordable Housing Keys to Homeownership Impact Award, celebrating her exceptional performance in mortgage production, loan quality, and best practices. Her dedication and expertise have played a key role in helping families achieve successful and sustainable homeownership. This prestigious award is presented to only two loan officers, making this achievement an incredible honor.

In addition, the Town & Country Credit Union Mortgage Team received the 2025 Champion of Affordable Housing Outstanding Homeownership Partner Recognition. This team is made up of nineteen dedicated professionals, including loan officers, processors, underwriters and closers, each of whom has built their career in mortgage lending. They bring deep expertise to their roles and are fully committed to serving our members with knowledge, care, and excellence throughout every step of the homeownership journey. This honor reflects the team’s strong production volume, consistent loan performance, and excellence in program delivery, all of which contribute to advancing affordable housing opportunities across North Dakota.
