At Town & Country, we are proud to celebrate Compliance Analyst Tambah Saah for earning his Certified Credit Union Compliance Officer (CUCO) certificate through America's Credit Unions. This certification recognizes Tambah’s dedication to continuing education and his commitment to better serving credit union members through advanced training in regulatory compliance and BSA/AML/CFT practices.

Originally from Liberia, Tambah graduated cum laude from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Analytics. He joined Town & Country in October 2025 and has quickly become a valued member of the compliance team, bringing strong experience in fraud prevention, regulatory oversight, and data analysis.

Before joining Town & Country, Tambah served as a Fraud Specialist at BMO, a Management Analyst Intern with the United States Department of Commerce, and a Financial Institutions Specialist with the FDIC. His professional background has equipped him with expertise in regulatory compliance and data analysis, helping strengthen the credit union’s commitment to protecting members and maintaining operational integrity.

Outside of work, Tambah is passionate about giving back to the community through “Resource Connect,” a nonprofit organization serving the Fargo-Moorhead area. Through his volunteer efforts, he provides free transportation to and from work or qualifying appointments. He also assists community members with identifying job opportunities and applications, basic financial education, and fraud prevention.
