Town & Country is pleased to announce the addition of Jennifer Rodriguez as a Financial Services Officer II at the Minot Main branch. In her new role, Jennifer will serve as a consumer loan officer, helping members navigate lending options and achieve their financial goals.

Originally from Bottineau, Jennifer brings a strong educational background to the position. She attended Minot State University, earning a degree in Accounting and Finance.

Jennifer joins Town & Country with more than 15 years of experience in the credit union industry. She began her career as a teller for 3.5 years. She then continued to build her expertise, serving in multiple roles over a 12-year period, including as a consumer loan processor and a mortgage loan processor. Throughout her career, Jennifer has developed a reputation for attention to detail and persistence.

In addition to her professional experience, Jennifer is actively involved in her community. She currently serves on the Minot Area Chamber EDC Ambassador committee and looks forward to expanding her volunteer efforts.

Outside of work, Jennifer is a passionate Disney fan who enjoys quoting movies and TV shows. She is excited to join the Town & Country team and looks forward to serving members and contributing to the organization’s continued success.
