There may also be delays in receiving returned phone calls from staff as the system change is completed and teams adjust to the new setup. While phone systems are being updated, all branches will remain open and continue operating during regular business hours, so members can still access in-person service without interruption. Once the new system is fully in place, callers will notice a new voice and improved menu options when using the 1-800 number, designed to make navigating services easier and more efficient.
