Town & Country is pleased to announce the hiring of Hannah Cook as Member Services Manager – East.

In her new role, Hannah will lead and coach Member Service Representatives across all Fargo branches. She will focus on line operations, transaction support and new account assistance, helping strengthen member service while supporting team growth and development.

Originally from International Falls, Hannah graduated from Bemidji State University in Bemidji with a degree in Mass Communications. Throughout her career, she has often served as a strong support system for her team, and this position marks her first official step into a managerial role.

Prior to joining Town & Country, Hannah was the frontline lead at a different financial institution. She managed daily transactions, opened personal and business accounts, and created consumer loans by meeting with clients and handling underwriting. Her experience has given her broad knowledge of financial products and policies, which she looks forward to using to support both members and staff.

While living in Bemidji, Hannah volunteered at a local animal shelter, where she especially enjoyed one-on-one time socializing with dogs and cats. She describes herself as a bit of a “nerd” and welcomes conversations about gaming and books.

Hannah is excited to step into this leadership role and contribute to continued growth and exceptional member service across Town & Country's Fargo branches.
