In 2024, we shared an update with our Online Business users regarding a change to our mobile banking experience. As part of that update, our standard mobile app and Business Mobile App were combined into a single, unified app. At that time, the standalone TCCU Online Business Mobile App was removed from app stores and no longer received updates. As of January 27, the standalone TCCU Online Business Mobile App has been fully disabled and is no longer accessible.

If you were still using the old standalone app you’ll need to download the Town and Country CU Mobile App and log in with your existing credentials.

Q: If I already use TCCU Online for my personal membership, will I need to enter my username and password every single time to switch between my personal and business accounts?

A: No, the current version of TCCU Online Mobile can remember one business and one personal login per device. The image below details how your login screen will look once you have logged in with your business and personal accounts at least once within the current app.

               

 

Q: Will I lose any features that I had access to in the discontinued TCCU Online Business standalone app?

A: No, the features that were available to you within that experience are still available within the current version.

 

Q: Where can I download the current version of the TCCU Online Mobile App?

A: If you are also have a personal account with us, you will launch the same app that you use to log into that account. If you do not already have that app you can download that here iPhone or Android, you may also locate it on the App Store for iPhone or on Google Play for Android by searching “Town and Country CU”

 

Q: How can I tell if I am using the correct mobile app?

A: The current version of the mobile app has a blue dominate color scheme while the old standalone business app is mainly red. The images below demonstrate the differences between the icons.

 

Q: Do I need an entirely new online banking profile?

A: No, you will log into the current version with the same username and password that you used on the standalone app.
