We are also thrilled to celebrate Val Bohlig, Member Services Representative II, who was named Best Credit Union Teller. Val’s friendly approach, professionalism, and commitment to helping members exemplify the high standard of service that defines Town & Country Credit Union. This well-deserved recognition highlights the positive impact our team makes through every interaction.

In addition to our wins, several team members were recognized as finalists and nominees in individual categories. Kenady Kinnaird, Member Services Specialist, and Sidney Widdel, Financial Services Officer I, were named finalists for Best Credit Union Teller, while Robin Erdman, Lead Member Services Representative, earned a nomination in the same category. On the lending side, Tyler Neether, VP Ag & Commercial Lending Manager, and Brenda Ryan, Financial Services Officer III, were recognized as finalists for Best Credit Union Loan Officer, and Deanna Lovelace, Financial Services Officer II, and KayLee Bourquin, Retail Manager - West, received nominations for their outstanding work.
