Town & Country Credit Union hosted its 86th Annual Meeting, virtually and in-person, on March 27, 2025. The meeting included announcing the results of the Board of Directors election, as well as reports from the Board Chair, David Ripplinger, and the Credit Union’s President/CEO, Kalli Schell.
Board of Directors Election
In the weeks before the annual meeting, members were invited to vote electronically, by phone or by mail. The election results were presented at the meeting.
This year, the nominating committee submitted 10 candidates for consideration for four seats on the Board of Directors. The following candidates were elected:
- Lars Christensen will fill the Kenmare Board seat (1-year term)
- Tom Rafferty will fill the Minot Board seat (3-year term)
- Roseann Lund and Curtis Smith will fill the At-Large Board seats (3-year terms)

A Year in Review
David and Kalli both shared reports with attendees that focused on the credit union’s accomplishments in 2024, as well as thanking members for their support of the credit union this past year. Some of the highlights included:
- The credit union saw asset growth of $33.6 million and achieved a healthy net worth ratio above 12%.
- We achieved a Net Promoter Score of 78 for member satisfaction, which is above the gold-standard benchmark NPS for the financial service industry.
- Members earned $12,900 for referring their friends and family to Town & Country.
- Youth members earned $43,365 through deposit matches and birthday deposit offers.
