System Upgrade: Branches Closed & No Online Access

We are undergoing a System Upgrade from 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 26 until Tuesday, Mar. 2. We're upgrading our internal system as well as TCCU Online and our mobile app. We've taken steps to make this as painless as possible fr you, but unfortunately, some inconveniences are unavoidable. 

During this time: 

  1. All branches, including the Contact Center, will be closed Saturday, Feb. 27 - Monday, Mar. 1. We will reopen regular hours on Tuesday, Mar. 2. 
  2.  TCCU Online and our mobile app will also be unavailable from 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 26 - Monday, Mar. 1.
  3. Your debit and credit cards will still work during this time, but there will be a $1,000 total daily limit for debit card purchases and ATM withdrawals.
  4. When you log in to TCCU Online or the mobile app for the first time, you're going to use your current username and a temporary password. Members, you received this information in the System Upgrade guide mailed to you.

Youth and Teen Membership Application

Thank you for your interest in opening an account at Town & Country Credit Union! If the child or teen you are opening an account for is an existing Town & Country member, click here to open additional accounts.

This form is designed to be filled out by an adult who is opening an account for a child or teen in their life. You can use this form to apply to open accounts like Pee Wee Young Savers Club youth savings accounts, Star Rewards checking, free checking, educational savings accounts, CDs and more. After receiving your submission, a Town & Country representative will reach out to you by phone within two business days. We'll then securely email you the account documents for you to sign electronically. At this time, they'll also request a copy of your ID and help you make your first deposit.

When opening an account at Town & Country you become a member of the credit union. Membership is open to anyone that is related to a current member or anyone who is living within 75 miles of Minot, ND; 50 miles of Kenmare, ND or 50 miles of Fargo, ND / Moorhead, MN.

Keeping your account secure is of the utmost importance. We give members the opportunity to create an account password. We'll ask for your password to confirm your identity when you call or visit our offices. If you do not set a password we'll either ask for your driver's license or ask you a series of questions to confirm your identity. Your account password can be any word or series of numbers. 

Authorization to Obtain Credit Report

This is to inform you that as part of our procedure for processing your membership request, Town & Country Credit Union may obtain an Experian Credit Report from: Experian, PO Box 2002, Allen, TX 75013-2002.
