She had concerns she was overpaying on interest and the additional products sold to her by that institution. Mike met with the member, along with Danielle Sanger, Financial Services Officer III, to review the purchase contract. 

Danielle was able to refinance the auto loan down to a lower rate and help her purchase cheaper protections, saving the member $9,297 over the life of the loan. Additionally, she was able to reduce the term of the loan by nine months!
