After careful consideration, the Town & Country Credit Union Board of Directors has appointed Kalli Schell as Interim President/CEO in response to President/CEO Brad Houle's recent resignation. Kalli brings extensive experience in lending, operations, and leadership and has been a valued executive team member for six years.

"Kalli consistently demonstrates strong leadership, strategic vision, and a deep understanding of the credit union's mission and values. As we navigate this transitional period, Kalli will provide consistency and steady leadership for our employees and members as we search for a permanent President/CEO," commented Kevin Harmon, Board Chairman.

Kalli joined Town & Country Credit Union 23 years ago as a member service representative and has since progressed to loan servicing and processing roles, ultimately earning promotions to VP of Loan Servicing, Senior Vice President of Operations, and most recently, Senior Executive Vice President.

"I look forward to focusing on maintaining our commitment to providing members with the best service and meaningful value while fostering a positive work culture and driving continued growth," said Interim President/CEO Kalli Schell.
