Mobile App Update

Our mobile app has been updated and you will soon see an update notification on your device either on the app icon or within the app store depending on your device.
This update offers a smoother mobile experience with an improved look with menu and navigation enhancements. It also includes full session fingerprint authentication for supported devices allowing users to log in with just a touch, as well as Facial ID and full screen support for iPhone X.
This update should be seamless with no need to change your login credentials.

We are aware of two issues that you may encounter. For Apple users a 'Bad Request' error message may be displayed when logging in for the first time if you are selecting 'save information,' 'use fingerprint' or 'facial recognition.' To remedy this:

    1. Log in to the app without selecting 'save information,' 'use fingerprint' or 'facial recognition.' 
    2. The app will then ask you to verify the last four digits of your social security number as you log in.
    3. Log off and then log back in, selecting one of those choices and it will work, saving your selection.

    Also, Money Manager is not working for all members and accessing it may cause the app to crash. Our developer is aware of both of these issues and is working to correct them.

    If you do not have Audio Response Telephone Teller (ARTT), you will need to choose a four digit password.

    (in order to access TCCU Online you must pick a 4 digit password)

    If you believe your password has been lost or stolen, or that someone has transferred or may transfer money from your account without permission, call 800-872-6358 as soon as possible.

    Disclosure and Agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.  I understand that all previous terms and conditions are incorporated into this Agreement.
    I understand that I cannot use the TCCU ONLINE OR ARTT without a password I am solely responsible for the safe-keeping of my Password.  If I allow someone that use of my password, this will allow them access to my Credit union accounts.

    I understand that my password
    may be used for check withdrawals, transfers within my account(s), information regarding my account and such other transactions as may become available.
    I am responsible for all transactions by use of the TCCU ONLINE AND/OR ARTT.  For multiple party accounts, each person on a multiple party account will be liable for all transactions that are made on that account.  Each owner(s) on a multiple party account(s) agrees to be liable for the actions of the other owner(s) on the account. I am responsible for the safekeeping of my password and for all transactions by use of the TCCU ONLINE AND/OR ARTT
    I further understand that my password is not transferable and I will not disclose the password
    or permit any unauthorized use thereof.
    If I default in any amount I owe under this Agreement, I agree to pay any and all attorney fees and collection costs incurred by the Credit Union.
    I waive all present or future claims against the Credit Union and release said Credit Union for all responsibility for loss or damage not caused by Credit Union's negligence which I might incur through unauthorized transitions of any kind from my account(s) through the custody and use of the password
    .  I hereby indemnify and release Town and Country Credit Union from any and all liability and agree not to make any claims or bring action against Town and Country Credit Union in honoring or allowing any transactions: if I have permitted the person performing the action or transaction to use my account or when I have provided my password to that person or if the transaction is the result of my negligence or carelessness.
    I understand that the Credit Union reserves the right to discontinue access to the TCCU ONLINE AND/OR ARTT without notice and will not be liable for failure to honor any TCCU ONLINE AND/OR ARTT
    Amendments to this Agreement may be provided to me, in accordance with application laws, without restatement of a period terms.The use of the ARTT AND TCCU ONLINE is subject to such other terms, conditions and requirement as the Credit Union may establish from time to time.

    TCCU ONLINE AND AUDIO RESPONSE TELEPHONE TELLER (ARTT) is covered under the Electronic Funds Transfer Act as described in the Membership and Account Agreement.
    This agreement will be subject to and governed by the laws of North Dakota and any applicable federal laws.  If any provision of this Agreement will be prohibited or invalidated under applicable law, the remaining provisions of this Agreement remain valid and in full force and effect.  My initial use of any TCCU ONLINE AND/OR ARTT
    in connection with my account(s) at Town and Country Credit Union constitutes my acceptance and agreement to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and of the Deposit Account Terms and Conditions.
    All services later added are covered under this agreement and my signature authorizes Town and Country Credit Union to carry out transaction under and TCCU ONLINE AND/OR ARTT services I decide to use or setup at a future date, such as Bill payment Services.  By using any new service, I agree to be bound by the terms communicated to me in advance.

    The Credit Union will NOT be liable, for:

    • If, through no fault of the Credit Union, I/we do not have enough money in my/our account to make the transfer, or a hold has been placed on my/our account for previous transfers which have not been fully processed by the Credit Union

    • If the TCCU ONLINE system is not in communication with its central computer

    • If circumstances beyond the Credit Union's control (such as fire or flood) prevent the transfer, despite reasonable precautions that the Credit Union has taken

    • There may be other exceptions stated in the Credit Union agreements with me/us, including but not limited to (1) when funds are being held awaiting collection and (2) any rights the credit union has reserved to demand notice prior to withdrawal

    By signing up for TCCU Online, you will now receive eStatements versus paper statements.  If preferred, please contact a TCCU representative to continue receiving paper statements at 800-872-6358.
