Happy Thanksgiving + COVID-19 Precautions

All Town & Country Credit Union locations will be closed on Thursday, November 26. Thank you for choosing Town & Country. We're grateful for the opportunity to know and serve you. Have a Happy Thanksgiving! 

We've made a couple temporary hours changes at select Fargo and Minot locations. 

  • Our Minot Dakota Square branch lobby will close early at 5 p.m. each weekday now through Wednesday, Dec. 2.
  • Our location in the Sanford Broadway Medical Center is also now open with limited hours. They’ll be open on Wednesdays from 7:30 - 11 a.m. and 12 - 4:30 p.mIf you aren't a current Sanford employee, keep in mind that Sanford does still have visitor restrictions in effect

We continue to take precautions to keep our staff and members healthy while providing the services you need. The majority of our lobbies are open and all staff are wearing masks when social distancing cannot be achieved. We ask that you join us in taking precautions to help keep all of us healthy:

  1. Masks are recommended within our branches.
  2. Do not come in if you’re feeling sick. Give us a call or access your account online to conduct your business.
  3. If you need to meet with an account opener or loan officer, call us at 1-800-872-6358 to make an appointment. When you get to the branch, wait in your car until your scheduled appointment time.

We also offer online and phone options for a no-contact method of conducting your business. You can open an account or apply for a loan online, access your accounts through TCCU Online and our mobile app, or give us a call to make a transfer, loan payment or more, if you prefer.

If you believe your password has been lost or stolen, or that someone has transferred or may transfer money from your account without permission, call 800-872-6358 as soon as possible.

I hereby apply for TCCU ONLINE.

I have read the TCCU Online Disclosure and Agreement and agree to the terms and conditions. I understand that all previous terms and conditions are incorporated into this agreement.

I understand that I cannot use the TCCU Online without a password and that I am solely responsible for the safekeeping of my password; if I provide that password to someone other than myself, this will allow full access to my credit union accounts.

I understand that my password may be used for check withdrawals, transfers within my account(s), transfers to all other requested Town and Country Credit Union accounts, any information regarding my account and other possible transactions as they become available.

I am responsible for all transactions by use of the TCCU Online. For multiple party accounts, each person on a multiple party account will be liable for all transactions that are made on that account. Each owner(s) on a multiple party account(s) agrees to be liable for the actions of the other owner(s) on the account. I am responsible for the safekeeping of my password and for all transactions by use of the TCCU Online.

I further understand that my password is not transferable and I will not disclose the password or permit any unauthorized use thereof.

If I default in any amount I owe under this agreement, I agree to pay any and all attorney fees and collection costs incurred by the credit union.

I waive all present or future claims against the credit union and release said credit union for all responsibility for loss or damage not caused by the credit union’s negligence which I might incur through unauthorized transactions of any kind from my account(s) through the custody and use of the password. I hereby indemnify and release Town and Country Credit Union from any and all liability and agree not to make any claims or bring action against TCCU in honoring or allowing any transactions; if I have permitted the person performing the action or transaction to use my account or when I have provided my password to that person or if the transaction is the result of my negligence or carelessness.

I understand that the credit union reserves the right to discontinue access to the TCCU Online without notice and will not be liable for failure to honor any TCCU Online transactions.

Amendments to this agreement may be provided to me, in accordance with application laws, without restatement of a period term. The use of the TCCU Online is subject to such other terms, conditions, and requirements as the credit union may establish from time to time.

TCCU Online is covered under the Electronic Funds Transfer Act as described in the Membership and Account Agreement.

This agreement will be subject to and governed by the laws of North Dakota and any applicable federal laws. If any provision of this agreement are prohibited or invalidated under applicable law, the remaining provisions of this agreement will remain valid and in full force and effect. My initial use of any TCCU Online in connection with my account(s) at Town and Country Credit Union constitutes my acceptance and agreement to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement and of the Deposit Account terms and conditions.

All services later added, such as Bill Payment services, are covered under this agreement and my signature authorized Town and Country Credit Union to carry out any transactions. By using any new service, I agree to be bound by the terms communicated to me in advance.

The credit union will NOT be liable for:

If, through no fault of the credit union, I/we do not have enough money in my/our account to make the transfer, or a hold has been placed on my/our account for previous transfers which have not been fully processed by the credit union

If the TCCU Online system is not in communication with its central computer

If circumstances beyond the credit union’s control (such as fire or flood) prevent the transfer, despite reasonable precautions that the credit union has taken

There may be other exceptions stated in the credit union agreements, including but not limited to (1) when funds are being held awaiting collection and (2) any rights the credit union has reserved to demand notice prior to withdrawal

By signing up for TCCU Online, you will now receive eStatements versus paper statements. If paper statements are preferred, please contact a Town and Country Credit Union representative at 800-872-6358.
