Town & Country Credit Union has a team of exceptional employees who are readily available to answer your phone calls. This group of Member Experience Specialists is trained to assist you with any questions you may have. The Contact Center is located at the 52nd Ave branch in Fargo, but they answer phone calls from all members, regardless of your location.

Meet Mari!

Mari is a Member Experience Specialist originally from Sheldon, a small town in North Dakota. She moved to Fargo and started working at Town & Country Credit Union in June of 2023. Her favorite part of the job is interacting with members and forming connections with our more frequent callers. Mari enjoys helping members understand confusing situations and feels fulfilled when they leave feeling better informed and less stressed.

Meet Michael!

Michael is a Member Experience Specialist. He is originally from West Fargo and has lived in North Dakota all his life. Michael started at the credit union in the Fall of 2023. He finds enjoyment in helping members with anything they might need, working alongside them to ensure they receive the highest quality level of service. His favorite interactions are when he connects with a member and can work with them again in the future.
