The Town & Country Credit Union Contact Center is implementing a new and exciting feature for when members call in -- callbacks.

This new feature allows members to keep their place in the queue without having to wait on hold. This callback feature will help make sure your questions are answered, and the best part is you don’t have to stay on hold while you wait to talk to someone.

The callbacks ask to verify your phone number, or you can enter a new one and a brief message on what you would like help with. You also have the option to choose a specific date and time you'd prefer a callback. If no date/time is chosen, once your place in the queue comes up, a Member Experience Specialist will call you back. We will still ask for your information to be verified. Having a call-in password will make this process smoother. If you would like to have a password added to your account, let us know the next time you call in. The callback function will go into place at the end of January. 

What is the Contact Center?

Town & Country Credit Union has an exceptional group of employees who answer your phone calls. This group of Member Experience Specialists is trained to assist with all of your questions. The Contact Center is located at the 52nd Ave branch in Fargo but is here to take calls from all members, no matter your location.

This month, we are going to introduce you to two Contact Center team members. We'll continue to introduce you to our Member Experience Specialists throughout the year so you can get to know the individuals taking your calls and answering your questions.

Meet Crystal!

Crystal is the Contact Center Supervisor and has been with Town & Country for nearly a year. She has been focused on growing and building the team into a more versatile group and really enjoys working to help the members receive the answers they need when they call in. Crystal is dedicated to making each member experience a helpful one and supporting the Mission, Vision, and Values of the Credit Union every day.

Meet Ben!

Ben is a Member Experience Specialist. He is originally from Mayville and has lived in North Dakota all his life. He moved to Fargo in July of 2022 and has been with the Credit Union since. His favorite things about being a part of the Contact Center are the people he works with and the people he works for, YOU! He enjoys talking to members and forming a connection with each one. When he’s not doing that, he loves talking to his coworkers. His favorite interactions are when he can tell he made a member’s day a little bit better with the help he provided. When he makes someone’s day better, it makes his day better, too!
