Recently, three employees were promoted in our Minot Main location. 

Chelsea Gleich was promoted to Senior Communications & Digital Services Specialist at Town & Country Credit Union. Gleich joined the credit union in 2016 and most recently held the position of Senior Communications Specialist. Gleich holds a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Mary and brings 11 years of experience in marketing and communications to her new role.

In her new position, she will be responsible for defining and implementing the credit union's online banking growth strategy and providing project management for the associated product launches, in addition to managing public relations, regional community involvement, and internal and external communications for the credit union. She is based in our Minot Main location.

Jessica Henderson was promoted to Vice President, Finance & Accounting at Town & Country Credit Union. A Burlington native, Henderson joined the credit union in 2020 and most recently held the position of AVP, Accounting. She brings 20 years of financial institution experience and a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Minot State University to this new role.

As the Vice President, Finance & Accounting, Henderson will be responsible for leading the finance and accounting department, analyzing and preparing financial statements, and strategic financial planning. She is based in the credit union’s Minot Main office.

Stephanie Silverthorn was promoted to Vice President, Human Resources at Town & Country Credit Union. Silverthorn joined the credit union in 2014 and most recently held the position of AVP, Human Resources. She holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management and International Business from Minot State University and brings 11 years of human resources experience to her new role. She is also a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional recognizing knowledge and leadership in the human resources field. 

In her new position, Silverthorn will be responsible for leading the HR department and developing people-related services, policies and programs to create an employee-oriented, positive culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and goal attainment with a focus on recruiting and developing a high-performing workforce.
