Loan Request Check List

Review what items will be needed for one of our Ag Loan Officers to analyze your loan request.

1. Past three years of your year-end balance sheets.
2. Past three years of individual tax returns.
3. Past three years of business tax returns if your operation has different entities set up.
4. Projection numbers for your operation.
5. Copy of crop insurance records and FSA Maps.
6. Current accounts payable and receivable numbers.
7. Machinery contracts.
8. Know the location of your abstracts on real estate request.
