Town & Country Credit Union is proud to share several key promotions that reflect its ongoing commitment to strengthening leadership, enhancing employee experiences, and providing exceptional service to members.

Jake Klobuchar has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Agriculture and Commercial Lending. Jake has invested eight years of his career at the credit union, holding several leadership roles, including his most recent position as Fargo Market President. In his new role, he will oversee commercial and agricultural lending across all markets, bringing together teams under a single vision to support strategic growth.

Karna Taft has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations. Karna joined Town & Country in 2013. In her new position, she’ll join the Senior Leadership team, overseeing risk management, compliance, card services, loan servicing, core services, and operations to help ensure efficient processes that support the credit union’s continued growth.

Jennifer Jerauld has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Retail Manager. Jennifer joined the credit union in 2019 and has grown through several roles. In her new position, she will oversee retail operations across all branches, ensuring members receive a seamless and consistent experience while supporting teams in delivering exceptional service.

KayLee Bourquin steps into the role of Retail Manager – West. KayLee joined Town & Country in 2022 and most recently served as Branch Manager at Minot Main. In her new position, she will lead and coach a team of new account openers and lenders, leveraging her expertise in consumer accounts and loans to support members and enhance the credit union’s retail sector.

Cody Schafer has been promoted to Retail Manager – East. Cody joined Town & Country in 2017 and most recently served as Branch Manager of the Credit Union’s 52nd Avenue location. In his new role as Retail Manager - East, he will oversee retail lending operations and branch management in the Fargo market, focusing on strategic business execution, staff development, and delivering efficient, high-quality service to members. 

Teona Boechler has been promoted to Member Services Manager – West. Teona has been with the credit union for three years and most recently served as Branch Manager of the Dakota Square and Trinity locations. In her new role she will lead and coach Member Service Representatives across all Minot branches, focusing on line operations, transaction support, and new account assistance to strengthen member service and team growth.

Sidney Widdel has been promoted to the role of Financial Services Officer. Sidney has been with Town & Country for four years and has progressed through several roles, including Lead Member Services Representative. Located at the credit union’s Minot Main location, she will offer a comprehensive range of services, including loans, credit cards, and new account openings.

Skyler Schumacker has been promoted to Financial Services Officer. Skyler joined the credit union’s contact center in 2022 and has progressed through roles as Members Experience Representative I, II, and III. In his new role, Skyler will assist members at the 25th Street Fargo location with auto loans, personal loans, credit cards, and deposit products to help them achieve their financial goals.
