This October, Town & Country Credit Union hosted its annual United Way Campaign, reflecting our commitment to strengthening the communities where we live and work. The campaign united employees and members in support of United Way’s mission to drive positive change in areas that directly impact our members, colleagues and neighbors.
Our team came together, gave generously and enjoyed some fun along the way! The campaign featured special activities, such as Spirit Week, which gave staff the chance to dress up for themed days. Employees enjoyed a Halloween photo guessing game featuring childhood pictures of staff, as well as a 'Souptakular' soup and chili cook-off on Halloween. Apple cider kits were also available for purchase, adding to the festivities.
We’re proud to share that we met our $2,500 match goal in both are Fargo and Minot markets, raising a total of $12,150 for the United Way of Cass-Clay and the Souris Valley United Way! To celebrate this achievement, our President/CEO wore a festive costume when we reached our giving goal.
“As a credit union, the principle of ‘people helping people’ is at the heart of what we do,” said Kalli Schell, Town & Country Credit Union President/CEO. “Our United Way Campaign is a powerful example of how we strengthen the communities we proudly call home.”
The generosity of our employees and members will help provide food, shelter, mental health support and other essential services to people in our communities. Together, we’re making a meaningful difference close to home.
