Some of you may have noticed that after our change with TCCU Online’s interface, Bill Pay and Pay a Person are no longer selectable. Fret not, as these services remain, and nothing has changed other than the label.

You may be asking yourself why we changed the name to the Payment Center. Well, the truth is that there is so much more to utilize within that system than just Bill Pay and Pay a Person. The Payment Center includes four great tools!

  1. Bill Pay: You can pay your bills from your Town & Country Credit Union Checking Account directly through TCCU Online.

  2.  Pay a Person: This option allows you to transfer funds to your friends and family by establishing direct deposit if you have the information, sending a secure direct deposit form to your friend or family member via text or email, or sending them funds in the mail by generating a check.

  3. Transfers: Gives you the ability to transfer funds from your account here at Town and Country via ACH to your accounts at other financial institutions. In other words, External Transfer.

  4. GiftPay/Donations: GiftPay lets you send fun cards with custom messaging to your friends and family for a variety of reasons like holidays, birthdays, and other milestones. Attached to GiftPay is also the Donations feature, which makes sending check payments to non-profit organizations and benefit accounts easy!

To enjoy the features available within the Payment Center, you will need a Town & Country Checking Account, be 18 years of age or older, and have registered for TCCU Online on a general retail membership.
