As the first day of school draws near, Town & Country is teaming up once again with the Minot Sunrise Rotary Club and the Minot Salvation Army for “Fill the Bus!” — a school supply drive helping local families prepare for the year ahead.

Back‑to‑School Party!

This year Sunrise Rotary is hosting Fill the Bus in conjunction with the Minot Parks Back to School Bash! That means there will be even more fun with music and jump castles! You'll aslo find:

• Hot dog lunch grilled by Creedence Energy Services — free-will donations benefit the Salvation Army.

• Cool treats from Verendrye Electric Cooperative.

• Face painting by Nature's Nook courtesy of Town & Country Credit Union.

If you’d like to donate school supplies before August 7, you can do so at our Minot Main, Trinity Health and Dakota Square locations. The most needed items include backpacks, glue sticks, accordion folders, pencil bags and boxes, one-inch binders, Sharpies, red or black pens, crayons, paint, markers, Kleenex, headphones and highlighters.

Families needing school supplies can call the Minot Salvation Army at 701-838-8925 to apply. There is no income requirement to qualify.
