On Fridays, our team members can choose to wear jeans to work instead of dress clothes. Those participating in Jeans Day contribute $1, pooling their donations and selecting a local nonprofit recipient. 

In 2022 our Minot, Kenmare and Stanley employees decided their Friday Jeans Day donations would go to For Belle's Sake Rescue and Rehabilitation located in Sawyer, ND. Last week our Minot staff was proud to present a check for $3,550 to For Belle's Sake!

Fargo employees donated their Jeans Day contributions of $3,136 to BIO Girls, a preventive mental wellness program aimed at improving adolescent girls' self-esteem, located in Fargo, ND.
