The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Brad Houle as Town & Country Credit Union's new President/Chief Executive Officer. Brad officially joins the Town & Country Credit Union team this week. He is based in our Minot Main office.

I grew up on a beef farm in the Midwest and at an early age I  learned the value of a community working together to achieve a common goal. This sense of community is what drew me to the credit union industry and I still carry those values with me today," said Brad. "My family and I are looking forward to getting back to our Midwest roots and embracing the Minot area as our home.

Brad is a seasoned executive with nearly 25 years of experience in the credit union industry, including extensive experience in staff and resource management. He previously served as the President & CEO at CAHP Credit Union in Sacramento, CA, where he elevated sales and service, developed his team, built community relationships, improved financial performance and loan growth, and discovered new revenue streams. Under his leadership, CAHP developed a highly effective commercial real estate lending program and in-house wealth management services. He also developed a state-certified financial education program. Prior to that, Brad served as the President & CEO at Forward Financial Credit Union in Niagara, WI and Munising Community Credit Union in Munising, MI.

Brad is the definition of a servant leader,” said DelRae Geinert, Town & Country Credit Union’s Board Chairperson. “He’s the type of person who won’t just tell you to do something, he’ll roll up his sleeves and do it right along with you. I couldn’t be more excited about the future of our credit union with Brad as our next President/CEO.

“It is my absolute honor to become the next President/CEO of Town & Country Credit Union and join in their long tradition of serving North Dakota for the last 83 years,” said Brad. “I look forward to continuing to improve upon the exceptional member service they're known for and reinforce the vital role Town & Country plays in the communities they serve for years to come. I also want to thank the Board of Directors for their faith in my leadership and their commitment to the credit union.”

Brad holds a Bachelor’s in International Studies from St. Norbert College, Green Bay, WI. He also earned his Certified Chief Executive designation from the CUES CEO Institute. Brad currently serves on the board of Corporate America Credit Union and serves as Board Treasurer of BALANCE, Consumer Credit Counseling Services of San Francisco (CCCSSF).
