Happy Thanksgiving + COVID-19 Precautions

All Town & Country Credit Union locations will be closed on Thursday, November 26. Thank you for choosing Town & Country. We're grateful for the opportunity to know and serve you. Have a Happy Thanksgiving! 

We've made a couple temporary hours changes at select Fargo and Minot locations. 

  • Our Minot Dakota Square branch lobby will close early at 5 p.m. each weekday now through Wednesday, Dec. 2.
  • Our location in the Sanford Broadway Medical Center is also now open with limited hours. They’ll be open on Wednesdays from 7:30 - 11 a.m. and 12 - 4:30 p.mIf you aren't a current Sanford employee, keep in mind that Sanford does still have visitor restrictions in effect

We continue to take precautions to keep our staff and members healthy while providing the services you need. The majority of our lobbies are open and all staff are wearing masks when social distancing cannot be achieved. We ask that you join us in taking precautions to help keep all of us healthy:

  1. Masks are recommended within our branches.
  2. Do not come in if you’re feeling sick. Give us a call or access your account online to conduct your business.
  3. If you need to meet with an account opener or loan officer, call us at 1-800-872-6358 to make an appointment. When you get to the branch, wait in your car until your scheduled appointment time.

We also offer online and phone options for a no-contact method of conducting your business. You can open an account or apply for a loan online, access your accounts through TCCU Online and our mobile app, or give us a call to make a transfer, loan payment or more, if you prefer.

Making sure that you have access to your funds is our top priority. Credit unions are an essential service and we take that responsibility seriously. We have a plan in place to continue serving you through whatever is to come, while keeping our staff safe and healthy. 

Your Money is Safe & Accessible

Your deposits are safe and insured by the NCUA*. You can be confident that we are a financially sound organization prepared to weather any economic downturn.

The safest and easiest way to access your money 24 hours a day during this time is through TCCU Online or our mobile app. If you're not currently signed up for online services, all you have to do is fill out a quick form and we'll grant you access. We're also prepared to help you open new deposit accounts or apply for a consumer loan through our online applications. You can even sign your documents securely via email using Docusign. If you need cash, our ATMs are always available, or you can use any ATM in the MoneyPass network fee-free. Plus, if you're a qualifying Star Rewards account holder, any ATM fees you do incur will be automatically refunded up to $25 each month.

If you need to visit one of our branches, our dedicated staff are ready to help through our drive thru. If you must meet in person, scheduled appointments are still available on a limited basis.

We recognize that this outbreak may be causing financial difficulties for you or your business due to layoffs, unpaid time off, closures and more. Members and employees who are negatively affected by COVID-19 are eligible to skip their next consumer loan payment** or make a CD withdrawal early with no penalty. During emergencies, it's common for scammers to increase their efforts. It is important to note that if we reach out to you, we will NEVER ask for confidential information such as your name, password, personal identification number (PIN) or other account information. If you are unsure if the call is legitimate, please hang up and call us right back. Our staff appreciates your diligence and will not be bothered.
