TCCU Online Shared Access

There are multiple reasons why you might want to grant someone else access to your accounts in TCCU Online. For business users, it may be helpful to be able to give access to specific staff members or your accounting firm. For individuals, you may want to grant someone access to some of your accounts but not all of the accounts that you can view within TCCU Online. That's where Shared Access comes in.

With TCCU Online Shared Access, you can:

  • Grant other trusted individuals access to your TCCU Online account.
  • Choose which accounts they can view or transfer funds.
  • Add, remove and edit users at any time.

To add a Shared Access user, all you need to do is:

  • Log in to TCCU Online and select Shared Access in the Additional Services menu.
  • Add the contact information for the user you would like to add.
  • Select the permission level for each account you can see within TCCU Online.
  • The new user will receive two auto-generated emails with their new username and password. Once they successfully log in, they can change their username and password.

The new user can now see accounts, export transactions, and make transfers in your TCCU Online account based on your permission. Secondary users are not compatible with our mobile app and cannot view third-party integrations, including eStatements and credit card statements.

Not just an account

I would always recommend Town & Country to my friends and family… I feel like I’m a real person and not just an account.
