The Town & Country Credit Union Board of Directors consists of seven volunteers who have been elected by the credit union's members. Three of the directors must reside within 75 miles of Minot, two directors are at-large residing anywhere within the credit union's field of membership, one resides within 50 miles of Kenmare and one resides within 50 miles of Fargo. They are charged with setting the policies and the overall goals of the credit union.
