Happy Thanksgiving + COVID-19 Precautions

All Town & Country Credit Union locations will be closed on Thursday, November 26. Thank you for choosing Town & Country. We're grateful for the opportunity to know and serve you. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

We've made a couple temporary hours changes at select Fargo and Minot locations.

  • Our Minot Dakota Square branch lobby will close early at 5 p.m. each weekday now through Wednesday, Dec. 2.
  • Our location in the Sanford Broadway Medical Center is also now open with limited hours. They’ll be open on Wednesdays from 7:30 - 11 a.m. and 12 - 4:30 p.mIf you aren't a current Sanford employee, keep in mind that Sanford does still have visitor restrictions in effect

We continue to take precautions to keep our staff and members healthy while providing the services you need. The majority of our lobbies are open and all staff are wearing masks when social distancing cannot be achieved. We ask that you join us in taking precautions to help keep all of us healthy:

  1. Masks are recommended within our branches.
  2. Do not come in if you’re feeling sick. Give us a call or access your account online to conduct your business.
  3. If you need to meet with an account opener or loan officer, call us at 1-800-872-6358 to make an appointment. When you get to the branch, wait in your car until your scheduled appointment time.

We also offer online and phone options for a no-contact method of conducting your business. You can open an account or apply for a loan online, access your accounts through TCCU Online and our mobile app, or give us a call to make a transfer, loan payment or more, if you prefer.

Skip a Loan Payment this Holiday Season

Skip Your Next Loan Payment with a skip iconKeep a little more cash in your pocket this holiday season by skipping your next Town & Country loan payment! Our Holiday Skip a Payment program* allows you the freedom to skip your loan payment in November, December or January. You can free up some cash for Christmas shopping, traveling or anything else and then you'll go right back to paying off your loan the following month.

A few things to keep in mind with the Town & Country Credit Union Skip a Loan Payment program:

  • There is an $85 processing fee due at time of approval and a separate form must be signed for each loan.
  • Loans must be current and only one Skip a Payment can be used per loan in either November, December or January.
  • If approved, you will automatcially skip your next loan payment between November and January; you cannot choose a month in advance.
  • When skipping a payment, the term of the loan will extend and interest will continue to accrue and may result in higher total finance charges. If you elected GAP, the coverage may not be extended beyond the original maturity date.
  • If you've previously used our COVID Skip a Payment program** to skip more than one payment, you are not eligible for the Holiday Skip a Payment.
  • Visa, agriculture, annual payment, commercial, mortgage and home equity loans, as well as loans subject to the MLA are not eligible for Skip A Payment.
