System Upgrade: Branches Closed & No Online Access

We are undergoing a System Upgrade from 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 26 until Tuesday, Mar. 2. We're upgrading our internal system as well as TCCU Online and our mobile app. We've taken steps to make this as painless as possible fr you, but unfortunately, some inconveniences are unavoidable. 

During this time: 

  1. All branches, including the Contact Center, will be closed Saturday, Feb. 27 - Monday, Mar. 1. We will reopen regular hours on Tuesday, Mar. 2. 
  2.  TCCU Online and our mobile app will also be unavailable from 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 26 - Monday, Mar. 1.
  3. Your debit and credit cards will still work during this time, but there will be a $1,000 total daily limit for debit card purchases and ATM withdrawals.
  4. When you log in to TCCU Online or the mobile app for the first time, you're going to use your current username and a temporary password. Members, you received this information in the System Upgrade guide mailed to you.

Cross Account Transfer Request

 

Are you looking to transfer money to an account on which you are joint on, like your spouse, child or other family member? If so, we’ve got you covered! Cross account transfers allow you to instantly transfer money to other Town & Country Credit Union member's accounts in a few clicks and it's completely free! To set up access, please fill out the short form below. If you're looking to make a one-time transfer to an acquaintance, give Pay a Friend a try. 

After receiving your submission, a Town & Country Credit Union representative will reach out to confirm your request and set up transfer access within TCCU Online and the Mobile App. Should you have any additional questions on this feature, please call us at 1-800-872-6358.
