We’re aware that you may be hurting financially due to situations out of your control during the COVID-19 pandemic. Here are a couple ways we might be able to help:
We’re providing members negatively impacted by COVID-19 the opportunity to skip their next consumer loan payment* with no fees. To get started fill out this short form and a consumer lender will be in touch regarding your request. If you have additional questions regarding Skip-a-Pay, please call 1-800-872-6358 to speak to a consumer lender.
Early CD Withdrawal
Need access to funds that are tied up in CDs? Anyone experiencing hardship during this time is eligible for early withdrawal from your CDs with absolutely no penalty fees. To withdraw your funds, call 1-800-872-6358 to speak to a local Town & Country representative. They’ll transfer the funds into one of your credit union accounts.

*Visa, agriculture, annual payment and commercial loans, as well as loans subject to the MLA are not eligible for Skip A Payment. When skipping a payment the term of the loan will extend and interest will continue to accrue and may result in higher total finance charges.
