COVID-19 Precautions

We continue to take precautions to keep our staff and members healthy while providing the services you need. The majority of our lobbies are open and all staff are wearing masks when social distancing cannot be achieved. You can check your local location's hours here. We ask that you join us in taking precautions to help keep all of us healthy:

  1. Masks are required within our branches.
  2. Do not come in if you’re feeling sick. Give us a call or access your account online to conduct your business.
  3. If you need to meet with an account opener or loan officer, call us at 1-800-872-6358 to make an appointment. When you get to the branch, wait in your car until your scheduled appointment time.

We also offer online and phone options for a no-contact method of conducting your business. You can open an account or apply for a loan online, access your accounts through TCCU Online and our mobile app, or give us a call to make a transfer, loan payment or more, if you prefer.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Determine which account type you’d like to open. Choose from a free checking account, money market, CD, Christmas Club savings account or health savings account. If you're not sure which account is the best fit, we can help! Just fill out the form with which account you think is a good fit. Then, we'll call you to confirm and talk about your options, so we can change your selection then if needed.
  2. Fill out our online application!
  3. We'll call you. Someone from our team will reach out to you within 2 business days to confirm the information you submitted and answer any questions you may have. Then, they will send you the secure forms you’ll need to digitally sign to open your account.
  4. Make your first deposit, if needed, (debit card payments, transfers or deposits at our drive-up will work) and you’re good to go!

If you requested a debit card for this account, we'll print that in-house as soon as you're approved and you can pick up your card in the drive-up too.
