COVID-19 Precautions

We continue to take precautions to keep our staff and members healthy while providing the services you need. The majority of our lobbies are open and all staff are wearing masks when social distancing cannot be achieved. You can check your local location's hours here. We ask that you join us in taking precautions to help keep all of us healthy:

  1. Masks are required within our branches.
  2. Do not come in if you’re feeling sick. Give us a call or access your account online to conduct your business.
  3. If you need to meet with an account opener or loan officer, call us at 1-800-872-6358 to make an appointment. When you get to the branch, wait in your car until your scheduled appointment time.

We also offer online and phone options for a no-contact method of conducting your business. You can open an account or apply for a loan online, access your accounts through TCCU Online and our mobile app, or give us a call to make a transfer, loan payment or more, if you prefer.

Download the App to Deposit a Check

If you can take a photo, you can deposit a check using our free mobile deposit. It’s not only simple, but it’s incredibly secure. Like all your banking information within our TCCU Online and mobile app platforms, the checks you submit are protected by password authentication, internet firewalls and 128-bit encryption. Plus, the images are stored on a separate secure server, not within the app or on your phone.

There are many reasons why you may want to deposit a check using our mobile app:

  1. Skip an extra trip to the branch. With 11 locations, we hope there is a Town & Country Credit Union location near you, but we know you don’t always have time for that extra stop. Mobile deposit takes that need out of the equation.
  2. Make a deposit whenever it works for you, without having to check lobby or drive-up hours. Get off work at 10 p.m. and want to deposit your paycheck? You can do that with mobile deposit!
  3. No more forgetting your check on the counter. When you receive a check in the mail, it’s easy to forget it at home when you head out for the day. Deposit it right away with mobile deposit, and you can skip making that mental note to bring it with next time.

Quick Access to Your Money

Mobile deposits are processed in batches at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. each business day. That means that if you make a deposit before 4 p.m. CST, your funds will be deposited in your account that day. Deposits made after 4 p.m. CST or on the weekend will be deposited the next business day.*
