Updated March 17, 2020: Based on stricter guidelines limiting gatherings to 10 or less, we're cancelling both the Minot and Fargo Annual Meetings. If you've purchased a ticket, your money will be refunded into your share savings account. The Board of Directors election was still completed according to our bylaws prior to the meetings and the election results will be posted on our website on Friday, March 20. We will also continue to give our annual meeting donations to charity despite the cancellation.
Updated March 16, 2020: Due to recommendations by the CDC, our Fargo annual meeting is cancelled. If you've purchased a ticket, your money will be refunded into your share savings account. Since our bylaws require an annual meeting each year in Ward County, the Minot meeting will proceed on Thursday, March 19 at the Moose Lodge but with few changes. There will no longer be a social, dinner or prize drawings. The business meeting will still start at 7pm. If you purchased tickets, your money will be refunded into your share savings account. Election results and a summary of the annual meeting will be posted to our website on Friday, March 20.
The 81st Annual Meeting of Town & Country Credit Union will begin in Fargo on Tuesday, March 17 at the Holiday Inn and will conclude in Minot on Thursday, March 19 at the Minot Moose Lodge. Each meeting will begin with a social at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. and the business meeting at 7 p.m. Tickets are only available in advance and will be on sale for $5 each beginning Friday, January 31, 2020.

During the Annual Meeting, a nominating committee will be elected consisting of three members. It is the duty of the nominating committee to nominate at least one member for each board member vacancy the following year's election, as well as any unexpired term vacancies. Our board of directors’ election for 2020 will take place in the weeks prior to the meeting with the winners announced during the meeting.
