|
Q: |
Why didn't
I receive my eStatement notification this
month? |
|
A: |
There are
several possible reasons why your eStatement
notification did not arrive in your email
inbox:
-
The email
address we have on file for you is
incorrect.
-
Your inbox is
currently full and your Internet Service
Provider (ISP) will not allow additional
messages to be delivered.
-
Your email address
is correct in our files, but your ISP
thinks the eStatement notification is
"spam" mail and is blocking the message
from being delivered. This is
particularly true when one sender is
emailing a large number of the ISP's
customers at the same time, which is
what happens when we send your
eStatement notification.
-
Email spam filters
or the pop-up blocker software used by
your Internet Service Provider may be
preventing our email notification from
entering your in-box.
on how to modify these settings on your
computer.
If you
failed to receive your eStatement
notification, you may contact TCCU at
800-872-6358, or by email at
eservices@townandcountry.org and
verify the email address we have on file for
you. |

|
Q: |
What if I'm
not receiving a monthly eStatement email
notification? |
|
A: |
If you're
not receiving your monthly TCCU eStatement
email notification, or are having trouble
accessing your eStatement library, you may
need to adjust your PC's spam filter and
pop-up blocker settings.
-
Make sure
you've updated your email address with
us if you've changed it since signing up
for eStatements. It's easy to do: just
log into your eStatement library and
click on "Change Address." You'll be
asked to fill out a simple form that you
can submit electronically.
-
Today's
Internet Service Providers (ISPs) often
have spam filters that help prevent
unwanted email messages from flooding
your inbox. Many ISPs now require you to
select the email addresses from which
you'll accept messages; any email
addresses that are not on your
'acceptable' email list will be
categorized as spam and automatically
deleted.
To prevent
TCCU's email messages from being seen as
spam, please be sure to add
eservices@townandcountry.org to
your "acceptable" email address list. If
your ISP blocks these addresses, you will
not receive your eStatement email
notification alerting you that your
eStatement is ready to view, or any other
pertinent electronic communications from
TCCU. |
| |
|
Q: |
What if I'm
having troubles accessing me eStatement
library? |
|
A: |
If you're
unable to access your eStatement library,
your ISP's pop-up blocker settings could be
the culprit.
Many ISPs automatically provide pop-up
blocker software, which prevents any pop-up
boxes from appearing when you access
websites that contain them. However, not all
pop-ups are bad. With TCCU's eStatements,
you'll receive a pop-up box letting you know
that you are entering a secure site–you must
click "OK" to continue. If your pop-up
blocking software is enabled, you won't
receive this pop-up box, and you'll be
unable to continue to your eStatement
library.
Fortunately, many ISPs will allow you to
pick and choose the sites from which you
will accept pop-up boxes. In this case, you
simply need to add
www.townandcountry.org to your
'acceptable' pop-up box list. |
