Q: What information is available through TCCU's eLert service?
A: Members can receive an eLert when:
  • Loan Rates change
  • Certificate and Money Market Savings rates change
  • My Direct Deposit is processed
  • My checking account has an overdraft or returned check
  • The Newsletter is available online
  • An eLert will also be received when new eLert categories are added by the TCCU
Q: How often will I receive an eLert?
A: eLerts are sent every time your "Tell Me When" event occurs. Events can occur daily, weekly or monthly.
 
Q: How much does TCCU's eLert service cost?
A: There is no charge for TCCU's eLert service. In fact, once you're an eLert member, you'll be eligible to receive special credit union product offers via email.
 
Q: What kind of computer equipment and software program is needed to use TCCU's eLerts?
A: You do not need any special computer configuration or software package to access your eLerts, just a computer, a modem, Internet access and an Internet browser that supports 128-bit encryption. Netscape Navigator 4.75 or higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher, CompuServe 2000, and AOL 5.0 or higher provide the security encryption required for certain parts of TCCU's eLert service.
 
Q: What if my Internet browser is not one of the versions needed to access my account information?
A: Both Netscape and Microsoft offer free download upgrades of their browsers on their respective homepages. Click on the icons below to transfer directly to your browser's download page.

Q: How do I view my eLerts?
A: Your eLert can be viewed by opening the email notification that will be sent to your email address of record.
 
Q: What if I no longer want to receive my eLerts? How do I stop receiving them?
A: You may change your eLert options or unsubscribe from eLerts in one of the following ways:
Visit the "eLert enrollment" page to unsubscribe online by clicking here. Enter your account number and your current eLert account will be displayed. To remove one eLert option, uncheck the box next to the eLert name. To unsubscribe entirely, simply click the "unsubscribe" button and you will be removed from the service. You may also contact a credit union representative at 800-872-6358, or by sending an email to: eservices@townandcountry.org if you need assistance.
 
Q: Can I have my eLert email notification sent to two different email addresses?
A: We can only send your eLert notification to one email address.
 
Q: How do I notify the credit union of my new email address?
A: You can change your email address online on the eLert enrollment form by clicking here and entering your account number or contact a credit union representative at 800-872-6358, or by sending an email to: eservices@townandcountry.org.
 
Q: How do I change my eLert choices?
A: You can Add or Delete individual eLert choices on the eLert enrollment form by clicking here and entering your account number. Your current email address and choices will be displayed. Check the box to the left of an eLert choice to add the eLert or uncheck the box to delete the eLert. Be sure to click on the "SAVE" button to record your preferences.
